School of Education

The International College of Business and Technology welcomes you to the School of Education. The school offers two-year Associate of Science and Arts degrees in education in the following areas: Education Technology, Early Childhood Education, and Primary Education. A student can complete the program in eighteen months if the trimester arrangement is closely followed. We are cognizant of the transformations that have been taking place in the educational sector over the decades. The programs took into consideration changes in technology, diversity, and personal learning approaches that transcend “a one-size-fits-all education model”. The different degree programs included a paradigm that incorporates learning styles, learning speeds, and students' needs. We also utilize the Flipped Classroom Model to facilitate students' learning. In this approach, students review content at home (via videos/readings) and engage in active, teacher-supported problem-solving during class time, both online and onsite. The preparation of teachers who will better educate is the primary objective of the School of Education. We bring the various tools, technologies, and skills together to achieve this objective.
