High School Graduates

All high school graduates seeking admission to the Associate of Science and Applied Science degrees in the School of Education, School of Computing and Informatics, School of Business and Management, and the School of Secretarial Duties and Administration must meet the following requirements:  

General Admission Requirements (AA & AAS)

  • Submit high school completion diploma, national examinations certificate or its equivalent 
  • Complete the college admission form online
  • Submit official high school transcripts
  • Take and pass a placement test to assess capacity in English and Math 
  • Provide copies of the valid national identification documents  
  • Provide copies of other valid supplementary documents  requested
  • Payments of fees and  the requested percentage of tuition 

Students From Other Colleges and Universities

Students from other colleges seeking admission as transferred  students to the Associate of Science and Applied Science degrees  in the School of Education, School of Computing and Informatics, School of Business and Management, and the School of Secretarial Duties and Administration must meet the following requirements: 

Students Transferring to AA and AAS Programs
  • Submit high school completion diploma, national examinations certificate or its equivalent 
  • Complete the college admission form online
  • Submit official high school transcripts
  • Submit official  transcripts from  transferring college or University *
  • Sit an assessment interview (if required)
  • Provide copies of valid national identification documents  
  • Provide copies of other valid supplementary documents  requested
  • Payments of other fees and the requested percentage of the tuition payment

  • * The Transcript will be evaluated to determine applicable courses.
  • Students can transfer with only one semester credits for the AS and AAS Degree Programs.

Associate Degree holders Interested in the BA Programs 

All students seeking admission to the Bachelor of Arts Degree in the School of Secretarial Duties and Administration must meet the following requirements:  

General Admission Requirements for the BA Programs

  • Completed high school diploma, national or regional examination certificate 
  • Complete the college admission form online
  • Submit official high school transcripts
  • Submit official transcript from college or university graduated from*
  • Provide copies of the valid national identification documents  
  • Provide copies of other valid supplementary documents  
  • Payments of fees requested and percentage of tuition 
  • *Based on the selected major for the BA Degree, the student's associate degree  transcript will be evaluated to determine applicable courses
  • The minimum time to complete the BA program for students with an Associate degree is two years.

No. All students enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secretarial Duties and Office Management, Bachelor of Arts in Secretarial Duties and Front Desk Operations, and Bachelor of Arts in Clerical Duties and Store Room  Management should have an associate degree already. High school graduates and transferred students with one academic semester credit are required to complete the Associate degree program first before matriculating to the Bachelor of Arts programs.  All high school graduates and transferred students interested in the BA programs are advised to complete the  associate degree first.

Yes. The college accepts scholarships on behalf of students from donors. The granting institutions will officially write the school of the award, and the recipient will also give a copy of the notification of the award to the college. The college, within its discretion, will give some financial aid to students. This will be done in line with the college's financial aid policy.
