The AS and AAS Degrees in Primary Education prepare teachers to build the academic foundation of children, from kindergarten through grade six (6). Some areas of instruction are: "theoretical pedagogy, subject-specific teaching methods, and extensive field-based experiences to prepare teachers for the challenges associated with today's classroom environment.
