About Us
The International College of Business and Technology (ICBT) is established with the objectives of providing quality education in various areas of studies to fulfill the manpower needs of businesses, industries , and institutions. It aims at preparing individuals who will provide for the technical, professional and managerial needs of businesses and diverse institutions. To fulfill this objective, the college operates four schools, namely the School of Business, the School of Science and Technology, School of Education and the School of Secretarial Duties and Administration. These schools offer bachelor's degrees in accounting, education, information technology, management and secretarial-ship. The college programs are primarily designed to achieve the following: Extensive hands-on experience in a fast-paced eLearning and onsite environment, using emerging technologies to facilitate the presentation of concepts, teaching students how to learn technical concepts quickly by keeping class sizes small, relevant course content, and inculcating skills that employers are seeking in industry through curriculum merger and mode of presentation.
The reality of our objective is accentuated by what we have developed to facilitate our learning. The scalable eLearning platform, concise and appropriate curriculum, auxiliary applications, equipment, and on-site facilities that support online and blended learning. Being cognizant of the fact that our graduates will face different types of technical challenges on the job, the college has made it a prerogative to create learning environments that prepare students to deal with technical complexities and managerial oversight scenarios during their academic sojourn. This provides the needed orientation to solve real-life events whenever they are encountered in their respective areas of employment.
